As men we all desire sexual integrity, but we struggle with knowing where to start. At Woodmen Valley Ironmen, we know how hopeless this can feel. That's why we meet in a grace-filled group setting to encourage each other in our personal pursuit of sexual integrity.  

This class is for men who want to find freedom from the effects of unwanted sexual behaviors and betrayal. This course will show how shame and grace affect the healing process, give understanding about addiction and betrayal trauma, and get you started on the path to sexual health.

The Sexual Integrity 101 video course for men will be completed in a 10 week group setting.
