As our society becomes more affluent, more dependent on technology, and less churched, we have grown increasingly isolated. However, recent social and scientific research shows being strongly committed to a faith community significantly increases one’s health and life expectancy.
Christ modeled living in community as He intentionally entered the mess and beauty of those around him – from living life with the 12 disciples to feeding the 5,000. With Christ’s example, the church today can and should model what a loving and caring community can be. Come learn what Scripture says about community and explore how we can do this together.
