Nashville Serving Day 5

Today we went and helped out at the Christ for all Nations church. We took some of the toys and shelves and similar items out of the rooms, and wiped all the tables down. In the gym, we swept the tables and mopped. The gym was also used as a hosting place for the poster-making committee. A few of the more artistic kids were working on making posters for the youth car wash the church was hosting soon. 

We went back to the hotel and had a short rest time, and then we went to help with the VBS at Proclamation. The theme was about how God sees us and comes down to our level to meet us where we are at. The kids all learned that, and had a fun time doing it. After the VBS and dinner was over, we had worship in the main room with just guitars and vocals. It was a great time for God to act upon us and a time to praise his name. After worship was over, we shared testimonies. It was very awe-inspiring to see how God acted upon others lives and our own. Later, we went to the hotel to get a few hours of sleep to get ready for the next day.
