Kenya, July 18, 2025

Today was our last day at CURE Kenya. We headed out in the morning to staff devotionals and then got to work for the day. Some interacted with patients and guardians in the outpatient department or play room, while others went to physio or the wards. We had yet another tea time filled with samosas and chai.

After lunch, a large group of us headed to the field and playground to play games and bubbles with the kids. Some of us also joined in on the workout and games with all of the guardians, which included a name game that was very challenging. We then headed back up to the ward for fellowship time where Greydi and Sydney gave their bible talks and we performed our Noah’s Ark skit (Graham and Nathan were silly looking ostriches). Then, our time came to an end. We said all of our goodbyes, took many pictures, and shared a bit more laughter before heading home for the evening.

Today was a wonderful day of many memories and mixed emotions. We are sad to be leaving all of our new friends, but also feeling ready to return back to home.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
