Estonia Day 2 - Culture, Curiosity, Connection

I promise that you’ll be hearing from our students soon – but we at least wanted to update you on the goings-on in Estonia (we know moms of team members love to see these posts!)! Our second full day in Estonia (yesterday for us) included a camp and culture training with Josiah Venture, walking through Tallinn, visiting a local coffee shop / collaborative space called CO LAB, a dinner with the JV interns and a few leaders from our partnering church, and a drive to our English Camp location that is in the countryside west of Tallinn. It has been amazing to see the students connect as a team, engage each other with questions and encouragement, and be curious about the culture. Will and I both noticed as we were walking through the city that the students would switch up who they were walking with! Currently, they are working hard to set up the tent and benches for our main sessions at camp. Campers will arrive in a few hours! We are excited and expectant!
